Jacob was an absolute lifesaver! We were without hot water for two days and once Jacob came over he quickly identified the problem, gave us some options and was back later that same day to install a brand new water heater. He was extremely professional and made us a priority which I so appreciated. Highly recommend!

He was very professional and answered all of my questions. He explained the issue with the old water heater and made sure I understood what was happening.
